Choose the half-day when a few key rooms carry the listing; choose the full-day when the entire home should be staged, or when a larger occupied home needs a full day of sorting and rearranging. Not sure? The walkthrough settles it — and Elissa will tell you honestly if the smaller service is enough.

- Furniture or decor rental — staging uses the home's own furnishings
- Repairs, painting or contractor work (they can be noted during the walkthrough; the work itself is yours to arrange)
- Cleaning or moving crews
Keeping the scope honest is the point — you're paying for a designer's time and eye, not for services you don't need.
