Feather the Nest is a custom design-and-furnishing service that makes them with you — selections planned for your property and budget, approved by you before purchase, then set up and styled on site. It isn't rented furniture, and it isn't a preset package.

Search for rental furnishing and you'll mostly find two things: furniture-rental companies and national one-size packages. This is neither.
Everything here is chosen for the property in front of us. The floor plan comes from your rooms, the selections come from vendors that fit your budget and the furniture is purchased for the property — it's yours, not a rental contract.
The vendor field is wide, and knowing where to look is part of the value — how the furniture sourcing works applies to rentals just as it does to homes.
How It Works
The Feather the Nest Workflow
Six stages, in order. The service name says it plainly: rental property design, furnishing and setup — seen through to completion.
The Consultation
It starts with the property and your plans for it: who'll be staying, what the budget looks like and what the rental needs to become. This conversation sets the scope for everything after it.
Floor Plans and Design Boards
Elissa plans the furniture layout before purchasing begins, then prepares design boards so you can review the overall direction.
Selections Across Vendors
Furniture, décor and the products the rental needs, chosen from multiple vendors rather than one catalog. Selections are sized to the rooms and chosen to fit the property and the approved budget.
Your Approval
Nothing is ordered until you've reviewed and approved the selections. If something misses, it gets revised — it's your property and your budget.
Purchasing
Once selections are approved, purchasing begins — the products and furnishings are bought for the property. Where repairs or remodeling come up, the project can include estimates.
Deliveries, Setup and Styling
Deliveries are received, installation is coordinated and the rooms are styled as part of the agreed project scope.

Projects range from roughly $5,000 to $50,000+. The spread is real: a small cabin that needs the essentials and a large home furnished in full are different projects. The property, the number of rooms and the selections you approve determine where a project lands — and that conversation happens up front, not after the invoices.
