Likely to Stay
Solid pieces in good condition, furniture that fits its room, and anything a reposition or restyle can fix. Sometimes a room's problem is arrangement, not inventory — moving and restyling costs far less than replacing.
Likely to Change
Worn or damaged pieces, furniture that is too large or too small for the room, gaps where something is missing, and the finishing pieces — rugs, bedding, lamps, artwork and accessories — that update a room's look for the least money. Paint and color recommendations come into play here too.
The outcome is a recommended list of updates, which you approve before any sourcing begins. From there the work follows the agreed scope — replacements sourced, additions placed and the affected rooms restyled.

Refresh, or Start Over?
A refresh fits when most of the property can stay and the problems are concentrated. When the property is empty, most major pieces need replacing or the entire direction is changing, you're describing a complete furnishing project — a different service with a different scope.
