Design Help for Blairsville Homes, Sellers and New Builds
Three different situations bring homeowners to this page: a house that needs design decisions made, a house about to be listed, and a house still being built. Each one has a different first appointment.

Three Starting Points
Where a Blairsville Project Begins
Read whichever one describes the house right now: lived in, listing soon, or still being built. Each has a different first appointment and a different first question.
Step 01
Start With the Rooms You Live In
The Nesting Consultation is two hours in the house at $350, and it ends with a written report: the topics covered, the decisions made and the recommendation for each area reviewed. Some homeowners take that report and do the work themselves over the next year. Others treat it as the plan for whatever comes next. Two hours covers a lot of ground when nothing has to be imagined from scratch — the furniture, the light, the layout and the paint are all right there to work with. Book an in-home consultation to begin there.
Step 02
When the Home Is Going on the Market
Two services sit behind this, and the difference is worth knowing before you pick. A pre-listing consultation produces direction — a walkthrough of the house and a written list of what to change before photos. Staging is the work itself, for a house that needs things moved, edited and restyled rather than described. Sellers handling their own prep want a pre-listing walkthrough; sellers who want it done want hands-on staging help. The target is the same in both cases: a house that photographs well and holds up once buyers are standing in it.
Step 03
Design Selections During a Build
For a house still going up, New Nest Navigator is hourly selection help — flooring, tile, cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and paint — with product knowledge and upgrade recommendations behind each choice. It sits alongside the builder's process rather than replacing anyone in it, and the hours go where they are useful — one room of decisions, or the whole finish schedule. The details are on the new-home selections page.
If It Is Really About Storage
Some houses do not need a design plan. They need the pantry, the closets and the everyday drop zones to work. Help getting organized is a separate service with its own starting visit, and it is quoted separately from any design work. A pantry, a run of closets and the garage can be one project or three, depending on what the household actually needs.
